Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Guide cars onto conveyer with a smile, giving customer clear instructions both visually and verbally
- Prep the front and back of the customers' cars with wash solution and brushes before entering the car wash
- Press buttons to select special options for a customer's wash process
- Perform custodial duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment, sweep, shovel, or vacuum when cleaning
-Wash car wash equipment, walls, and trench
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as refilling cleaning supplies and emptying trash bins
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Inspect customers' cars for damage, scratches, or problems before entering the wash
-Assist customers in using the touchscreen POS system
-Sell monthly passes
-Pressure wash concrete
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to perform custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness standards
